SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

My shipping method is USPS. Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. I ship only to the contiguous U.S. at this time. I do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

 

Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times varies based on distance. Please understand that holidays, weekends, and severe weather may impact your shipping and delivery times. 

Once the product is in the hands of the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to you.

Cancellations

After an order has been submitted, processing begins and the order cannot be cancelled. If there are questions about cancelling an order, please contact me at beuniquecreations3@yahoo.com 

Delayed Orders

Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller's liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for the product's status. 

Damaged Orders

I, nor my business, BeUnique Creations are liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to me so that I may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider. 

Customized Orders

Customized orders take longer to create and deliver than ready to ship orders because they are made to order. Generally, it takes 1-2 weeks to create and deliver customized orders.  

Locals Only

Local delivery is available to those within 25 miles. 

If you wish, your order can be picked up. Address will be provided via email or text if you choose to pick up.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. No returns are accepted unless it was a mistake on the product on my account. In the case of a mistake, you have the option of me correcting the mistake, ordering a ready to ship product, or returning the product in its original condition (mistake included) and receiving a full refund. 

 

No exchanges on any orders.
